We have experienced referees that will come to your game to provide some feedback on your performance.  Do you want to upgrade to the   next level but are unsure what to do?  We can provide a advisor that best fits your needs and work with you to achieve your objectives.  It does not matter how much experience you have officiating.  You can be a brand new referee or someone who has been officiating for years but now wants to improve their game. 

Thinking about upgrading to the next level but, don't know what you need to do?  We have AYSO National and USSF State Referees who have gone through the process and know what it takes to prepare for an assessment.  We can conduct informal assessments and provide feedback so you will be ready for your formal USSF or AYSO assessment.   

The KSRA has certified USSF and AYSO instructors that conduct formal training every month at its meetings.  Topics are based upon current  soccer referee topics and reaches out to every level of soccer officiating.  We also have guest speakers and special training from National Referee Instructors.  

The KSRA offers an organized, consistent and well structured organization that focuses on improving the soccer officiating in Hawaii. The training as well as the meetings are focused and relevant.  Plus we get get to share our thoughts and game situations with the game we are so passionate about soccer. 

The KSRA association offers its members a wide range of professional, highly qualified and experienced soccer officials from every soccer referee community on Oahu.  Within the last 8 months KSRA has invited high-level FIFA referees to Hawaii to conduct training for its members to include:

• American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) National & Regional soccer Referees, advisor, instructors and assessors;

• Soccer Administrative Officials from USSF, AYSO and NFHS. 

The Association also offers its members soccer referee advising in the areas of assessment, instruction and tutoring.  Currently, KSRA has as it members the USSF Hawaii State Director of Assessment (SDA), State Director of Instruction and State Referee Assignor Coordinator.  The Association also has the AYSO Coordinator of Referees and former Presidents of soccer clubs and State Referee Administrators.
